Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator. This role involves performing all-purpose duties, including assisting front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. The Office Administrator is also responsible for providing a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring the center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
