About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Office Administrator to support our Real Estate, Land Acquisition & Corporate Affairs teams. In this role, you’ll keep operations running smoothly, manage key processes, and collaborate across departments to make a real impact. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible Education assistance including paid CEUs and certification reimbursement How you will make an impact Coordinate meetings, events, and projects for the Real Estate, Corporate Affairs and Land Acquisition teams Manage vendor applications, invoices, and records Coordinate the creation and management of promotional materials for the department Schedule, plan, organize and set up department meetings, conferences, and plan travel Serve as liaison with HR, IT, Procurement, and Facilities Support onboarding, training, and process improvements Handle travel planning, expense reporting, and office logistics

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of office management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects for the Real Estate, Corporate Affairs and Land Acquisition teams
  • Manage vendor applications, invoices, and records
  • Coordinate the creation and management of promotional materials for the department
  • Schedule, plan, organize and set up department meetings, conferences, and plan travel
