About The Position

The Office Administrator role performs a variety of clerical duties. This position will be responsible for processing Ready-Mix tickets, generating reports, processing changes, credits and rebills. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Safety Sensitive position
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers
  • Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Safety Sensitive positions require ongoing alcohol and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to incoming callers
  • Process and sort ready-mix tickets
  • Process returned concrete
  • Generate reports for sales team
  • Back up COD desk
  • Back up Receptionist
  • Process changes for sales team
  • Review the daily billing reports
  • Upload aggregate/Ready-Mix tickets
  • Audits ticket times and reports any discrepancies to upper management
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and aids in resolving any ticket issues
  • Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
