Acrisure is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations and assist underwriting teams with administrative and processing tasks. This role plays an important part in ensuring office workflows run smoothly, including handling mail, document management, and supporting policy processing activities. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in building experience within an office or insurance environment. Training will be provided, and this role offers exposure to underwriting processes and opportunities for growth over time.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team oriented attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
  • Previous office or administrative experience beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files and documentation
  • Assist underwriters with agency bill invoicing and policy issuance support
  • Support check runs and basic administrative accounting tasks
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across documentation and workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to the underwriting and operations teams
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
