About The Position

ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of premier in-home care providers dedicated to understanding client needs and ensuring their safety at home, allowing them to live independently. As an Administrator at ComForCare, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing the programs, services, activities, and employees of the office. This role involves making a meaningful difference by contributing to efficient administrative operations that ensure timely and accurate care coordination for clients and a positive employee experience. Requirements

  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree
  • Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related health care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business management

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement the organizational structure
  • Responsible for all day-to-day operations
  • Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
  • Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies
  • Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
