About The Position

NIKA is hiring for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for the on-site Project Management of Muirkirk Road Complex (MRC) in Laurel, Maryland! This position is pending per contract award and start date is TBD once approved. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field OR High school diploma/GED plus 5 years office administration experience
  • Minimum 5 years office administration or office management experience
  • Experience with CMMS systems (Archibus experience highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Government contracts or Government work environment preferred
  • Documented experience on resume with verifiable references
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance Access Card (CAC)
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Government contracts or Government work environment preferred
  • Experience with CMMS systems (Archibus experience highly desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and assign work orders using Archibus CMMS
  • Respond to FDA ERIC (Employee Resource & Information Center) tickets
  • Document all service records electronically per Government requirements
  • Prepare monthly reports and other contract deliverables
  • Coordinate employee training and process FDA badge applications
  • Complete preventive maintenance work orders in Archibus system
  • Generate monthly reports on work order statistics and performance metrics
  • Track schedules for work orders, projects, and ERIC ticket closures
  • Track contractor staff FDA badge access and expiration dates
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contract files and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
  • Process invoices and track expenditures
  • Serve as liaison between contractor personnel and Government
  • Maintain professional and organized office environment
  • Support Project Manager with administrative tasks
