EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY Our Office Administrator earns $18-$19/hour, depending on qualifications WHO ARE WE? The Office Administrator works closely with our sales representatives, department leads, and managers to support smooth business operations and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business and help make workdays more efficient.

Requirements

  • High computer proficiency with knowledge about Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Task prioritization and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of employee onboarding/offboarding experience
  • 2+ years of proven office management/administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Politely and professionally answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
  • Managing office supplies, collateral, apparel, and miscellaneous assets, and ordering more supplies as needed
  • Coordinating sales meetings, setting up the meeting space, and cleaning up afterwards
  • Assisting team members and managers with various administrative duties as requested
  • Contributing to project planning and implementation as assigned
