About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Office Administrator (Level C) to join the Fabrication Team . As an Office Administrator you will support multiple manufacturing sites in Auburn, WA and Puyallup, WA . This role will support Fabrication leaders across 3 business units: Skin and Spar, Composite Manufacturing and Engineering and will require travel between 3 office locations in the Auburn / Puyallup area .

Requirements

  • 4 + years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
  • 4 + years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for senior level management
  • 4 + years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging and parking requests
  • Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics , generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
  • Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments
  • Manage employee recognition programs and activities
  • Provide guidance for less experienced employees
  • Work under limited supervision
