About The Position

The Office Administrator provides general administrative support for a variety of office functions including reception, and accounting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of general office experience needed; experience in a similar industry a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Sage or similar ERP system a plus.
  • Strong data entry computer skills, with high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills required, pivot tables, v-lookups.
  • Candidates must demonstrate current US work status eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Some general dairy industry finance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review and entry of milk and cream load tags.
  • Image and file all invoices, accounting transactions, milk and cream tags, AP/AR invoices and supporting documents.
  • Receiving of stock into Sage ERP system.
  • Prepare shipping labels for outgoing shipments.
  • Answer phones greet visitors and direct appropriately.
  • Monitor truck delivery entrance and provide assistance as needed.
  • Visitor entry paperwork and general reception responsibilities.
  • Check and distribute mail daily.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, employee events and supporting logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, coffee, and employee breakroom inventory.
  • Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.
