About The Position

Bridgestone HosePower is a leading hose supplier and repair specialist company headquartered in Orange Park, Florida. This growing company is currently seeking candidates for our Administrative/Office Support Representative opportunity in our Jacksonville, FL location. The Office Administrator/Office Support will: • Answer phones • Confirm orders • Accounting functions • Data entry • Follow up on customer inquiries • Maintain open communication with customers. • Strong computer skills. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office support experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High School Diploma
