About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator / Owner’s Assistant to support daily office operations and assist company leadership. This role is key to maintaining an efficient workplace by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or office management experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to company owners and leadership
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with marketing, advertising, and uniform coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks
  • Assist Safety Department with reports and general admin duties
