Raise the bar in the Automotive Industry Grow and develop professionally Learn from the best in the business Take the next step in a long CAREER Pay: $18/hr-$22/hr DOE The Office Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with accounts payable, accounts receivable, vehicle sales, and vehicle title transfers. The role requires regular correspondence with the local Department of Motor Vehicles, as well as government entities in other jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Professional and dependable
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confidentiality with sensitive documents
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Business email etiquette
  • Computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Motor Vehicle industry experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Critical Analytics
  • Receipt all contract funding notices
  • Prepare trade-in lien payoffs
  • Post and package deals
  • Send 10-day letters
  • Process cancellations
  • Prepare remit checks
  • Maintain clean assigned schedules
  • Update chargeback list weekly
  • Prepare & process DMV transfers
  • Verify unit count for salespeople
  • Prepare funding date average for F&I
  • Follow up on down payment status
  • Monitor uncapped deal lists
  • Work closely with F&I
  • Print, analyze, and distributes reports as requested by management
  • Ensures that all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Cut rebate down payment checks
  • Assist office manager with any other tasks requested
