About The Position

The Office Administrator at Dungarvin will work collaboratively with all staff to expedite the general flow of work pertaining to the office and program. This includes managing reception, general office/clerical duties, and various administrative projects. The role provides administrative support to the State Director and involves supervising three Office Coordinators across the state, ensuring consistent communication and coordination among multiple area offices. Key responsibilities include overseeing area offices, managing daily site operations, handling executive-level statewide communication, coordinating multiple projects, participating in state procedure development, and identifying resources. The Office Administrator is also responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate office functions, overseeing office equipment and supplies, maintaining records, assisting program managers and directors with administrative tasks, and acting as a local IT Help Desk contact for state personnel by fielding IT-related questions. Additionally, the position assists with the office budget.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED certificate is required
  • At least 2 years related administrative experience
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience is required
  • Experience providing administrative support to manager- or director-level team members
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizational levels throughout the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Be able to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process

Responsibilities
