The role provides administrative support to the State Director and involves supervising three Office Coordinators across the state, ensuring consistent communication and coordination among multiple area offices. Key responsibilities include overseeing area offices, managing daily site operations, handling executive-level statewide communication, coordinating multiple projects, participating in state procedure development, and identifying resources. The Office Administrator is also responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate office functions, overseeing office equipment and supplies, maintaining records, assisting program managers and directors with administrative tasks, and acting as a local IT Help Desk contact for state personnel by fielding IT-related questions. Additionally, the position assists with the office budget.
