Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office daily
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Complete bank runs and office errands
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Assist with internal training (Zoom hosting, screen sharing)
  • Support general administrative needs as assigned
