This is a hybrid position which will require working from home approximately 90% of the time. Candidates must live in the North Houston area. Requirements

High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in telephone customer interactions
Proficient computer skills
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Exceptional attention to detail
Friendly and enjoy meeting new people
Positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in agronomy or plant health
Experience using CRM platforms
Experience in digital marketing

Responsibilities

Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
Maintain accurate customer data records
Take payments and handle collections
Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM
Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques
