About The Position

The Office Administrator will perform administrative tasks to support operations and accounting. This role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, managing documents, handling invoicing, and performing other tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge in purchase orders or invoicing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoicing accurately and on time.
  • Perform system inventory adjustments.
  • Coordinate finished products for shipping and ensure timely delivery.
  • Scan, file, and organize documents for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain organized files and records.
  • Assist with reconciling inventory purchases, inventory costs, and validating the costs.
  • Other duties as needed to assist the departments.
