About The Position

Dandy is looking for a Office Administrator to be the organizational heartbeat and culture champion of our brand-new Indianapolis facility. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the administrative stand-up of a new location while simultaneously owning the tone and energy of the building. We are looking for a true "people person" with a great sense of humor and a relentless positive attitude. You will be the face of the Indy site, ensuring that our facility feels like a high-energy, world-class operation from day one.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in administrative, office management, or hospitality-focused roles.
  • The "Vibe Factor": A high-EQ individual with a positive attitude and a sense of humor who can build rapport instantly.
  • Creative Execution: Ability to design engaging physical or digital displays to drive employee engagement.
  • High proficiency with digital tools like Airbase, TravelPerk, and Slack.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and reinforce team culture through initiatives, events, and employee recognition programs (formal or informal)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Tone: Curate a professional yet high-energy environment; be the primary driver of site morale and the "go-to" person for the team.
  • Employee Recognition: Facilitate and support recognition activities, from creating physical "shout-out" displays to owning and updating employee communication screens.
  • Launch Procurement: Manage the initial surge of site-specific purchases via Airbase and establish local vendor relationships for snacks, swag, and office supplies.
  • Site Logistics: Manage travel and accommodations for "away teams" and executives visiting Indy to support the launch.
  • Facility Setup: Coordinate the launch of site-wide services (food vending/food truck schedule) and manage the move-in process for the administrative areas.
