We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly as we continue to grow. Position Summary: As the Office Administrator, you will oversee daily administrative operations, support company systems and procedures, perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office. You’ll play a key role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting a high-performance team culture in a fast-paced sales and service environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and support staff
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Must demonstrate regular and dependable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, systems, and workflow to support company goals
  • Review customer sales folders for accuracy and ensure all required documentation is complete
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, service calls, and maintenance for generators
  • Dispatch sales staff and field technicians efficiently based on location and availability
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate service records and scheduling logs
  • Assist with incoming sales and service requests via phone and email
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on completed jobs
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a team environment by completing related administrative tasks as needed
