About The Position

The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and scheduling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software (HubSpot preferred, but not required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service teams
  • Accurately capture and record new leads and customer information
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide customers with updates regarding project status
  • Address customer questions and concerns with a solutions-focused approach
  • Screen solicitation calls to minimize interruptions
  • Perform general administrative duties to support office operations
