About The Position

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, mail distribution, and drafting memos or letters as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and conference rooms (including setup and catering) as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Oversee office common spaces, including arranging maintenance, repairs, and ensuring clean and functional workspaces.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, and preparing reports or presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, building management, or external parties.
