Job Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining office services by; organizing office operations and procedures, assisting with bookkeeping and accounting functions, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and reviewing and approving supply requisitions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative role
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent conflict resolution, organizational and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a team environment with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with tact and maintain strict confidentiality of private information.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests in the lobby.
  • Review production time studies, logs, and work orders daily
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • General administration duties in support of the Controller and others as assigned.
  • Reconcile and review invoices.
  • Create a weekly purchasing report and perform duties on behalf of the Controller.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash balance.
  • Pay employees out for expense reports.
  • Coordinate drop off cash payments to bank.
  • Handle general office inquiries.
