The Office Administrator III applies general knowledge to assist with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Office Management family. Works under general supervision. Greets visitors and employees with professionalism, providing assistance and direction at the office reception. Handles incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls to appropriate individuals with minimal oversight. Organizes and distributes mail and packages directly to recipients. Oversees office supplies inventory, proactively managing orders and negotiating with suppliers. Leads in scheduling complex meetings and managing conference room bookings. Coordinates and leads office events and activities, ensuring high levels of organization and employee engagement. Ensures office areas, including common spaces and kitchens, are maintained. Delivers comprehensive administrative support, managing a variety of office-related tasks with significant autonomy.
