About The Position

Our locally owned, almost 30-year-old, full-service plumbing company is seeking a part-time Office Administrator/CSR representative. Our commitment to quality, integrity, craftsmanship, and excellence in customer service is what drives our business and sets us apart from our competition. This position requires a highly-organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our customers have an excellent experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing
  • Able to multi-task
  • Self-Starter – able to work independently
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Identify and solve problems in a timely manner
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
  • MUST be DEPENDABLE

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a professional & speedy manner
  • Educate the customer on product offerings and specials
  • Create daily schedule and dispatch customer calls and return visits
  • Ensure that the right technician is dispatched to each job
  • Interact and support technicians in the field
  • Manage pending work orders for timely completion
  • Thank the customer for the business
