We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Administrative Manager to support and manage daily office operations while providing essential HR and employee support. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of office administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or HR support preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensure all administrative staff have the tools, resources, and support needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails; respond to or route inquiries as appropriate
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, workflows, and administrative processes
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company standards
  • Manage travel arrangements and coordinate customer visits
  • Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding coordination, new hire documentation, and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain employee personnel files and assist with compliance-related documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and entering reimbursement requests and other documents
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and communication related to HR programs
  • Support training coordination and tracking for employees
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and administrative HR needs
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate company social activities and employee engagement initiatives
  • Run the activity committee and be present at all events- this will include some nights and weekends (1-2 a month)
  • Order supplies and materials needed for company events
  • Coordinate logistics and support for all social functions
  • Organize, track, and maintain inventory of promotional items and company-branded materials
