Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and relevant certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) required. Bachelor’s degree (HR related) preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR and payroll experience with an HR degree
  • 6 years of HR and payroll experience without an HR degree.
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative functions of the office include maintaining accounting, human resources, payroll and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage HR and Accounting at the office level.
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
  • Process new hire, termination, and employment verification paperwork.
  • Track immigration status.
  • Process benefits (including new enrollments, open enrollment and update as required).
  • Assist with warning reports and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist employees with processing leave of absence and short-term disability claims.
  • Assist with other HR issues as needed.
  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email.
  • Work with customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and provide reports on aging receivables.
  • Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain and update certificates of insurance.
  • Responsible for ordering and support for computers, phones, and other devices.
  • Support administrative management of the office.
  • Track and update professional licenses.
  • Support Management Group with special projects, reports, meetings, and training.
  • Attend and participate with monthly management group meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
