The Office Administrative Assistant provides secretarial support to the school site, establishing and maintaining records, compiling and distributing materials and reports, and responding to inquiries from various internal and external sources. The role is responsible for maintaining a pleasant and effective office atmosphere where students, staff, and the public feel comfortable. Additionally, the assistant will help with the organization of conferences, meetings, and other events, and provide general administrative support to the staff.
