About The Position

You'll be the organized, trusted "go-to" person who keeps the office and key admin/accounting tasks running smoothly, while helping a growing service division build better systems and workflows. This role has real runway to grow into an Office Manager-type position over time.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years in an office admin/accounting admin/coordinator role (construction/service preferred)
  • Basic understanding of A/R and billing
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and professionalism
  • Comfortable with computers and office software (Excel/Word); CRM exposure is a plus
  • Steady, team-first attitude and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters
  • Must pass background check and drug test (company policy)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations and keep things organized and moving
  • Assist with A/R, billing, and light accounting tasks (construction/service is a plus)
  • Help ensure accurate data for timesheets/payroll support and admin reporting
  • Use and update systems/CRM (experience helpful; we can train)
  • Coordinate across the office and field team to reduce bottlenecks and errors
  • Provide occasional customer support/admin help as needed
