We are seeking a dynamic and professional Off-Premises Catering Staff Member to join our catering team. This role will involve assisting with the delivery, setup, service, and breakdown of events at various off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients. Assist in the transportation, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies at event locations, ensuring everything is arranged according to the client's specifications. Food Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are presented attractively and at the correct temperature. Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by attending to guest needs, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event. Logistics & Coordination: Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics to ensure the smooth execution of events. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Event Support: Provide support during events, such as refilling buffet stations, clearing dishes, and assisting with guest inquiries. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow catering staff, kitchen teams, and event managers to ensure the success of each event. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain catering equipment and utensils, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
