OEM portfolio Business Analysis Lead Description - Job Summary Role is responsible for leading tracking, analysis and synthesis of ACS Portfolio and GTM Business priorities through analysis of primary data/research, HP systems and published market data. The role leads ACS GTM & Portfolio team efforts in Analysis and Data prep Executive Business reviews, including LTP Process, QDR, and multiple Portfolio Executive Summaries. The role is also responsible for tracking and forecasting of Opex funds for management review. Role delivers bottoms up build of annual GBU operational plan by initiative, segment and key profit pool, in order to drive data-based priority set for Portfolio investments.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
  • Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for portfolio programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions.
  • Develops and defines market segmentation strategies at a global scale, using portfolio analytics and synthesis
  • Drives Portfolio build up lead analysis for annual LTP modeling, by platform, segment and initiatives
  • -Delivers on new dimensions of data based analysis in areas such as live pricing trends, intraline run rate profit analysis and new RTM data sources
  • -Drives User App market primary research/segmentation and "outside in" learning of portfolio & gtm analysis measures
  • -Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
