The Role The OEM Network Specialist acts as a consultative partner to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to ensure a positive experience by maximizing the value and benefit of CCC’s OEM NET products and services. Maintains a deep knowledge of OEM, industry, product, and role in the market. Manages the industry relations portfolio to assist in OEM onboarding certified repair facilities, and creates new OEM implementations, training, and program performance reviews to ensure the client experience is seamless and consistent. Works cross-functionally with CCC account team to ensure key tasks are being managed successfully. This position is embedded into the customer organization with regular presence on-site as specified by the customer.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred or related work experience
  • 3 years minimum project management or related work experience
  • 2 years client service/advising experience preferred
  • OEM or OEM Dealer exposure/experience a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of running analytics on complex data sets and presentations of results to internal and external audiences at various degrees of seniority.
  • 50+% travel or onsite presence as designated by customer
  • Knowledge of business process or workflow solutions
  • Product platform technical expertise
  • Excel, Tableau or similar analytics package

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the designated OEM point of contact for day-to-day account management related to certified networks.
  • Educates internal teams on new OEM Certified Repair Network (CRN) objectives and projects.
  • Receives OEM issues, conducts research to clarify and resolve issues, and communicates resolution to the customer support team for ongoing educational purposes and improved customer support.
  • Oversees CRN shop agreements and takes a proactive approach with upcoming renewals.
  • Provides advice regarding strategic and operational partnership requirements.
  • Provides analysis of program performance, and ongoing opportunities for program improvement.
  • Supports new program rollouts/launches in conjunction with Product and other cross-functional teams.
  • Communicates with OEM dealers and field representatives regarding network updates and initiatives.
