The OEI Analyst is responsible for independently reviewing and analyzing applications for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification. This position conducts financial analysis to support certification eligibility determinations in accordance with applicable federal regulations and County policy. In addition, identify resources to promote small business opportunities and capacity building measures. The position manages a high-volume caseload, conducts business reviews, and communicates directly with applicants to ensure timely and accurate certification determinations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
