We are seeking a talented and passionate Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to develop an organization and it's deliverables to support all aspects of OCM for both IT and Business projects. As the OCM Lead, you will develop an OCM strategy/approach for business transformation and IT projects for the Customer Care and Aftersales organization. In addition to developing the strategy, the OCM Lead will play a key role in developing the team (including both internal and external support) and lead the execution through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a natural, human-centric approach to instructional design and development. This person will be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build strong partnerships with program/project managers, business partners, and key stakeholders. The person in this role should be a continuous learner, staying current on new approaches to adult learning methods and Change Management. With a positive and engaging approach, this role will support the business with tools and skills that help inspire and transition both the user and the business through the challenges of business transformations.
