Requirements

• Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Home care experience is a plus—but training provided for COTAs ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Carry out customized OT plans created by licensed OTs
• Guide clients through therapeutic activities focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive engagement
• Educate families on strategies and home modifications that support client safety and quality of life
• Participate in interdisciplinary team updates to ensure cohesive care
• Use clear, timely documentation to support clinical outcomes and compliance
