Requirements

Licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas
Experience or strong interest in pediatrics
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR
Support children in developing functional skills for daily living, play, and school success
Collaborate and communicate closely with families and team members
Track and celebrate progress with a focus on measurable outcomes
