About The Position

Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to partner with our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients' functional abilities, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help clients improve their physical, cognitive, and motor skills and abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and be able to work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and needs Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needs Provide individual therapy sessions to help clients improve their physical, cognitive, and motor skills Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Document clients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Perks: Competitive per visit pay Flexible schedule Professional development opportunities View all jobs at this company

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
