About The Position
Mercy Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England and a leader in rehabilitative care has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven Inpatient Care Rehab Team. The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations, direct patient treatment and provides documentation for patients referred for occupational therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA accredited school.
- Current State of MA license.
- Excellent communication Skills
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and direct patient treatment for all age groups (adolescent, adult, geriatric).
- Provide full scope of clinical services to maximize patient care.
- Communicate assessment results and treatment plans effectively with patients, families, and care providers.
- Collaborate with treatment teams, physicians, and families for problem-solving and education.
- Maintain and develop advanced clinical skills and diversify across multiple units
