We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Nice To Haves

Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
Use electronic documentation for each visit
Complete weekly scheduled visits
