We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
