Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland (or eligible)
  • At least 2 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized on the road

Nice To Haves

  • Home health experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans
  • Focus on ADLs, safety, and functional independence
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
  • Guide patients and families through care techniques
  • Work alongside physicians and care teams
  • Keep documentation clean and timely within EMR systems
