About The Position

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Clinic-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Make a Lasting Impact on Kids’ Lives! Join our brand-new clinic and help children grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric OT to provide in-clinic therapy, helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and overall functional independence. Work in a supportive, team-based environment with a brand-new pediatric therapy gym fully equipped for developmental and functional exercises, giving you the tools to deliver the best care possible. After-School Shift: 3 PM – 7 PM

Requirements

  • Current TX Occupational Therapist license
  • Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Pediatric experience preferred (clinical rotations or prior work with children)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Comfortable working in a clinic setting with pediatric therapy equipment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care

  • Pediatric experience preferred (clinical rotations or prior work with children)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional development
  • Provide direct therapy services in the clinic, using the pediatric therapy gym to promote skill development and functional progress
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinic team to provide coordinated, holistic care
