We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Clinic-Based Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant Join our brand-new clinic and help children grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PTA to work alongside our therapists, delivering in-clinic therapy to help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills. Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • Current PTA license in the state of work.
  • Good working knowledge of physical therapy equipment and therapeutic exercise treatments.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Reliable, responsible, and caring nature.
  • Commitment to the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide hands-on therapy in the clinic to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional progress
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and assist families with integration into daily routines
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily notes and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with PTs, parents, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to reinforce therapy goals
  • Use the pediatric therapy gym and clinic equipment to support therapeutic interventions
