Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (HP)
About The Position
The staff OT will evaluate, set a plan with goals and implement specific treatments for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure the best quality care possible. University of Vermont Health - Porter Medical Center is located in the heart of beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. We are comprised of a 25-bed acute care facility, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit, short-term rehabilitation unit and a long-term care unit, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices throughout Addison County and the town of Brandon.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with minimal equivalent training
- Bachelor’s Degree in OT, possession of, or eligibility of unrestricted license as a Registered Occupational Therapist in State of Vermont.
- Proficient in keyboarding/typing.
