About The Position

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Astral at Auburn in Auburn, IN is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
This is a nursing home that has personal care and will be treating as outpatient. NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Must have weekday availability for cases.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Must have CPR Certification (or willing to obtain prior to hire)
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays (no weekends required or needed)

Nice To Haves

• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
