About The Position

Valley Medical Group, an independent, primary care focused multi-specialty organization is seeking an occupational therapist with certification or interest in hand therapy to work part time in our Amherst office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with post ops, splinting, primarily orthopedic/neuromusculoskelatal disorders, and be confident treating shoulders to hands. Requirements

2 years’ experience working as a hand therapist
Graduate of an accredited OT (OTD) program and ideally be a CHT (certified hand therapist).
Licensure in Massachusetts
Ability to work independently while being part of a team
Capacity to deliver care via telehealth

Nice To Haves

DPT, national specialization or advanced clinical skills are preferred
Experience in orthopedics strongly preferred
