Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience in home health care required
- 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Employment with Blissful Homecare is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which will be initiated upon extension of a job offer
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop care plans
- Provide occupational therapy services, including exercises and manual therapy
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
