About The Position

Full Time Occupational Therapist Sign-On Bonus Job Duties/Responsibilities Must be able to perform OT Evaluations, complete care plans, establish goals and communicate frequently with OTA's. Work closely with patients, family members and other care team members to adequately plan for patient needs; both short term and long term goals. Monitor each movement to ensure the patient is performing them properly. Effectively communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding: progress, barriers and treatment plans. Chart appropriately and daily, including treatment times and labor hours. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Must utilize good body mechanics at all times. Must be knowledgeable of OT policies as well as the laws and regulations. Requirements

• Must have a valid OT license.
• Experience preferred.
