About The Position

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services, we are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to support students in our private school setting. In this role, you will help students develop essential functional skills, maximize independence, and meaningfully participate in their school and community environments.

Requirements

  • Experienced in working with autistic children or students in special education settings
  • Knowledgeable about adaptive equipment and assistive technology
  • Familiar with-or open to learning-Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Collaborative, communicative, and committed to supporting team-based care
  • Dedicated to helping students achieve meaningful outcomes and aligned with Potential Inc.'s mission and values
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
  • Successful completion of the Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) licensure examination
  • Current Occupational Therapy license to practice in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

  • Integrate occupational therapy services into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for current students
  • Develop, implement, and communicate individualized instructional and therapeutic plans
  • Collect measurable data, track progress, and document any barriers encountered
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technology when appropriate
  • Promote open communication, collaboration, and shared accountability with educational and clinical staff
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality services
