About The Position

We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Team in the desirable location of Folsom. This is a great facility with an awesome Rehab Team ready to welcome you. The PT/Director is approachable, on-site and wonderful to work with! This position is open to candidates seeking on-call, weekend or part-time schedules, of course full time is available immediately! Requirements
- State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
- Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
- Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities
