Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - Sunnyview Rehab Hospital Schedule is every Sunday-12 hour shift and every Monday-10 hour shift Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join it's dedicated rehab therapies team. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
- Current NYS OT license and registration
- 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experienced preferred
- Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
- Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques
- Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency)
- Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
