Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas
A playful, patient, and resourceful attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!)

Responsibilities

Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
